ELM Properties Limited – (THE PROPERTY PEOPLE), The company has a strong backing of one Director who foresaw, dreamt and actualized other projects in the country key one being Juja South Estate on Thika Road. Other smaller succeeding projects have also been undertaken.

The Founder

The key Director in Elm Properties Limited – Patricia Ngina is well known in the industry having worked in various companies in varied positions, growing from a low position to running and heading a real estate organization. She has a cumulative total number of over 20 years in real estate alone having started at Equity Estate Limited and finishing in CEO position in Developing Afrika Limited. Other working years were spent in Banking, freight forwarding and publishing.

Having started her working life at age 18, working and studying at the same time, she acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business Administration from United States International University and a Global Executive Masters in Business Administration from the same University.

She has also undertaken a host of training sessions, short courses and seminars in various disciplines over the time. Patricia is a member of Institute of Directors and holds several directorships including United Women Housing Co-operative, Kilele Ventures Ltd, Tsavorite Finlife Ltd among others.
